Bio: I was an overweight adolescent of moderate athletic ability that wanted to play football when my high school freshman football coach introduced me to the exercise and fitness
lifestyle. Through exercise I gained confidence, a better mental attitude, and things that were once hard became easy. My hard work paid off and I was privileged to play football
at an intercollegiate level at the University of Buffalo.
I have been a personal trainer since 1991, and helping other people share the benefits of a lifestyle that incorporates exercise, good nutrition and mental balance is my motivation.
I use an integrated approach to fitness and strength training combining my knowledge of weightlifting, athletics, balance and flexibility training. I have extensive experience
working with people that have back problems, people with medical or physical restrictions, and those recovering from surgery or injury.
