Bio: My training principles are heavily influenced by the writings of fitness gurus Ian King, Lou Schuler, John Berardi and Alwyn Cosgrove. I believe
consistent strength progression is at the core of all physique
improvement.
Whether your goal is to get bigger, reduce body fat or simply to feel
healthier, we will work together to establish balanced strength in all
planes of motion, involve upper body, legs and core muscles. The rest of
your program, including nutritional guidelines, will be determined by
your goal specifications.
Most importantly, your time in the gym should not feel like a chore. I
want to help you enjoy your workout and feel better throughout the day.
