Kettlebell Training
Kettlebell training is a method of exercise that requires concentration,
total body effort, and integrated movement. The effects of kettlebell training
include loss of bodyfat, increased strength and muscularity, more core
strength, improved balance, and increased movement awareness. Kettlebell
training is also time efficient, challenging and fun! If interested,
