Sarah has been a personal fitness trainer for two years. She has been involved with fitness and athletics for the majority of her life, having participated in team sports in her youth, as a member of the Northeastern University triathlon team and now as the general manager and personal trainer at Coolidge Corner Gym. In her free time, Sarah is an avid runner and triathlete, having ranked in numerous races including third place in age group for Tupper Lake Half Ironman, second place in age group for Griskus Sprint Triathlon and placing in the top third overall in many half marathons.

ACE Certified Personal Trainer
MS in Nutrition, Boston University
Beth discovered her passion for exercise and became a personal trainer. She gained experience at Gold's Gym and joined the Coolidge Corner Gym as a personal trainer and is the gym's in-house nutrition consultant.
